This Cookie Policy explains how POSEINOVA LLC (“ControlSubs”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on controlsubs.com and on the application at app.controlsubs.com. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. The short version
We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. Because these cookies are essential for the site and the application to work, they are exempt from consent requirements and we do not ask you to accept them.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser on later visits or across pages. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way and are covered by this Policy.
Cookies are first-party when set by the site you are visiting, and third-party when set by another domain. They are session cookies when deleted on closing the browser, and persistent when they remain for a set period.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe on its own pages. Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment security; these are governed by Stripe’s privacy and cookie policies, and we have no access to them.
4. What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies. We run no advertising on the site and share nothing with ad networks.
- No analytics cookies. We verify our site with Google Search Console, which reports aggregated search performance. It does not place cookies on your device and does not identify individual visitors.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No cross-site profiling. We do not sell or share personal information for behavioural advertising.
5. Managing cookies
Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, there is nothing to opt out of on our side. You can still control cookies in your browser: every major browser lets you view, delete and block them from its privacy or security settings.
Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the application, and may stop parts of the site from working. Instructions are available in the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
6. If this changes
If we introduce analytics, marketing or any other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner before setting them, offer a way to withdraw that consent at any time, and update this Policy and the table above beforehand.
